No support for testing goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving the goods, customers check the appearance and find that the goods are wrong or defective such as warped, dented. Please record a video and take pictures at the time of checking the goods, then send them to the customer service department for supporting. After determining whether the error is due to the manufacturer or the carrier, both parties will come up with the most reasonable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Please record a video when opening the package for comparison when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Receiving and checking process:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon receiving the goods, please carefully check the actual products received, compare the received products with the products ordered on the order after <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>of KASUNAIR<\/strong> <\/mark>staff confirms the order according to the following specific criteria: product quantity, product type\/model, packaging specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After checking the goods at our warehouse, customer will proceed to pay the remaining amount to the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery party will deliver the goods from our warehouse.
