When purchasing, customers can choose one of the following purchasing methods:

Option 1:Order via Hotline

Call hotline at KASUNAIR from 8AM to 9PM every day of the week. Online sales staff will record your order information.

Option 2:Order via Website

Step 1: Customer can access via websitewww.kasunair.com.vn  and follow these below steps to order:

• Fill in the information that you want to find in the search bar, you will have the results immediately after completion.

Step 2: Fill in complete information and specific order requirements in the Contact section.

After successfully submitting your order request, KASUNAIR will contact you to confirm and complete the procedure. The quotation procedure will take 3-5 days depending on the requirements of each package.

***Note:

1. We only accept the orders when customers provide accurate information about address and phone number. After you submit your order request, KASUNAIR will contact you to verify the information and discuss details about your order.

2. KASUNAIR We guarantee that all goods are 100% genuine and new (with full invoice and official warranty). Risks arising during transportation (impact, humidity, accident, etc.) may affect the goods, so please check the goods carefully before signing for receipt. KASUNAIR will not be responsible for any deviations in the appearance of the goods after you have signed for the goods.

Option 3:Order via Email

In addition to the above two options, you can send request for quotation via email. KASUNAIR: kasun@kasunair.com and admin@kasunair.com.vn. Online sales staff will confirm receipt of your order information via email and call to contact if additional information is needed.
