Cross-check Policy

I. Definition

Inspection is the process of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the KASUNAIR package with the products in the customer's order.

I. Regulations:

• Time of cross-check::

KASUNAIR Accept customers to check with delivery staff at the time of receiving goods. No support for testing goods.

After receiving the goods, customers check the appearance and find that the goods are wrong or defective such as warped, dented. Please record a video and take pictures at the time of checking the goods, then send them to the customer service department for supporting. After determining whether the error is due to the manufacturer or the carrier, both parties will come up with the most reasonable solution.

Note: Please record a video when opening the package for comparison when necessary.

• Receiving and checking process:

Step 1:

Upon receiving the goods, please carefully check the actual products received, compare the received products with the products ordered on the order after KASUNAIR staff confirms the order according to the following specific criteria: product quantity, product type/model, packaging specifications.

Step 2:

After checking the goods at our warehouse, customer will proceed to pay the remaining amount to the seller.

Step 3:

The delivery party will deliver the goods from our warehouse. If the customer requests delivery at the construction site, KASUNAIR will support delivery by vehicle at the construction site and the cost will be quoted to the customer in advance.

• Steps to handle when received goods are not as ordered:

When you check together, the product received is not the same as the product you ordered, or  KASUNAIR delivers extra/missing products, or the product is damaged during visual inspection.

In case, KASUNAIR If the order is closed incorrectly according to the customer's request, the customer may not receive the goods or pay. In case the order has been paid, the customer can request to send a new order KASUNAIR will complete the order for the customer as soon as possible.
