With effective heat resistance and soundproof capabilities, PU Panel is a new material that is commonly used in industrial construction projects such as factories, warehouses, cold storages, etc. With the above superior features, PU Panels also bring economic efficiency, shorten construction time, fire resistance, energy saving, solidity, lightness and high aesthetics.
PU Panel, also known as Sandwich Panel, manufactured by Kasunair - is made with an outer layer of heat-reflective, antibacterial, dust-proof and a layer of PU/PIR foam in the middle. PU has (Polyurethane) a layer density of 40~42Kg/m3 and PIR with (Polysiocyanurate) the density of 45~50Kg/m3. PU/PIR layer thickness of 50mm, 75mm and 100mm, closed cell density of 99% has heat and sound insulation effects, durable structure that helps reduce moisture penetration and is environmentally friendly (does not contain HCFCs).
Based on the needs of the project and following the legal procedures on fire protection, customers can choose between conventional PU Urethane Panels or fire-retardant Urethane PIR Panels.
